Watchlist Wins 1/8/16

What's up guys, just posting a watchlist win and a win from an alert that I alerted on social media. I will post the WL update Sunday night. I had a bad day today all my setups started breaking down and the market was green so I was getting frustrated and quit early because I didn't want to over trade and lose money and alert anyone who follows me closely with a bad alert or such. But turns out if I had just waited until around lunch time I would have been alright and profited decently. So here are the wins.

Alerted the first flag in the am and it broke out barely and then broke down and by the time the second flag broke I was going about my day. But it was quite a text book setup for me, wish I would have stuck it out. I normally don't grind it out all day but this would have been nice. 

SDLP moved about 7-8% and bounced off 3 beautifully so I'm expecting more to come over the next little bit. I will alert such movement as the time comes. But it is looking good for this bat poop crazy market.
